Eat to live = food as fuel, a source of nutrition, food as medicine Live to eat = food as pleasure, food as emotion My Livable Suggestions: Once a month: Fast once a month, I like to do it the first Sunday (from Saturday afternoon to Sunday afternoon) Once a week: Mondays, have a cleansing day, use liquids, NO coffee, NO soda Tomato soup, juice, herbal tea (No caffeine) water smoothie Once a day: Power Smoothie in the morning One day during the weekend: Dine out somewhere lovely with NO guilt.
